SZS water tube boiler

Series of SZS Boiler is laid in "D" type with quick fitting structure and delivered with complete machine. The water-cooling wall adopts dense structure; fine sealing performance, suitable for pressurized combustion A burner arranged in front of the furnace. The flame passes through the furnace for heat radiation exchange, then reaches to the rear part of the furnace, turns left and pass through over heater, convection pipe bundle proceed convection heat exchange, and in the end, pass through flue and economizer, to exhaust from chimney.

Compact design and D-type layout of boiler integer effectively makes boiler smaller. Fully packaged and semi-packaged boilers are convenient for transport and installation reducing the whole cost greatly.

Convective heat exchange surface design makes high heat transfer rate. Reasonable water circulating system, large water content and steam space ensure a good steam quality. Abundant convection surface makes the boiler operate smoothly and have a potential for over load.

This type of boiler features high in heat efficiency, quick in temperature rising, safe and reliable in running, small in volume, light in weight, and short in installation period. Meanwhile, it is equipped with economizer, dual cylinder pipe structure, high in heat efficiency, and quick in pressure rising; the boiler is fully automatic combustion, stable and reliable in performance.
